In a two hour meeting or telephone conversation we seek the answers to a series of questions and then provide a brief email or verbal assessment together with recommendations. Feedback includes a score for each of the health check aspects and the industry test average score for each aspect.

Online Assessment together with an interview validation**

First complete an online questionnaire. Then we arrange a recorded telephone or face to face interview to validate the results and supply a comprehensive feedback report via email. The report shows the assessment questions, question explanations, the scope of ideal answers, the industry test average scores, the given answers, and improvement recommendations. The customer analyses the results and plans any actions.

Online Assessment together with a full validation ***

All designated managers and sales people complete online questionnaires. Then we arrange a recorded telephone or face to face interview with all participants to validate the results. Upon completion of our analysis, we prepare a comprehensive report including the assessment questions, question explanations, the scope of ideal answers, the results from all completed assessments, the industry test average scores, and our analysis and recommendations. We conclude the assessment by arranging a time to present the report and our findings in person.
